Robert T. Speller Jr. began his practice in 1995 with 5 small business bookkeeping clients, and 1 small accounting systems implementation project and one mid-sized accounting systems implementation project.. His broad industry background enabled him to relate to many different types of business owners, and his strong foundation in all aspects of accounting, accounting software, training/support, accounting systems implementation, data-migration, iT and natural sense of process facilitated many client success stories. These successes earned him a very loyal following, and as his clients grew, so did his practice. Accounting & Accounting/ERP systems is the main constituent of his consultancy now, in addition to bookkeeping, payroll, technical support, customized reports, Point of sale and other organizational tools. He has a talented and dedicated staff with expertise in each area and is in the process of supplementing his company's knowledge base in order to better meet his current and future clients' developing needs.

When Robert Speller got his start in accounting and systems operations in 1980, he was quickly charged with finding a new accounting package for his employer. "We got the Walker Accounting System and went through all of the craziness of migrating and converting data over, and we actually downsized ourselves out of our own jobs," Speller says. "That's when I started picking up clients on my own."

In doing so, he has helped numerous small businesses generate accurate financial reports and learn to interpret those reports to better manage their organizations.

For the last 18 years, Speller has worked with small- to medium-size companies, primarily in the areas of software consulting and training, via his company, Speller &Company LLC. He now assists clients in the San Francisco area in assessing their accounting software needs, and works with them to implement and educate their accounting staff.

Speller is unique in that his company leverages the power of remote technologies to cost-effectively work with and support his clients. "It's more convenient and affordable than if we had to drive to their office every time they need our help," he says.

Elliott brings 10+ years of technical expertise to Speller & Company LLC which includes intimate knowledge of all versions of QuickBooks, all the associated “add-on” software modules – most especially Warehouse Management, and an A+ Certification. .

Elaine Wong has more than 16 years experience in Implementation consultant. Her expertise, spans many industries and business sizes, but her forte and passion are focused on the needs of mid-market businesses. In her spare time,  she fly's small planes.
